Our Amino Resins are specially developed for Plywood, Particle Board, Flush Door manufacturing and Decorative Overlaying. They are suitable for the manufacture of Panels through both pre-pressing and direct hot-Pressing production systems
conforming to the following standards of Formaldehyde Emission.
i) JAS, Type FC-1
ii) European Standard – E-1
We also offer resins for BWR/BWP grade Plywood, Flush Door manufacturing as well as Decorative Overlaying of some typical species like Mapa, Maple, white Cedar, steam beech, etc.
They give exceptionally strong, hot water-resistant infusible bond. Suitable for furniture assembly, edge gluing; cold setting adhesive for Cork Board, Plywood, Particle Board, MDF Board, and Laminates; filling knots in cut wooden planks; assembling of block board bottoms; splicing veneers lamination.

Melamine Resins
Our Melamine Resins are specially developed for Warm Water Resistance Grade Plywood, Chip Board, and Flush Door manufacturing. They are suitable for impregnation of decorative papers and overlay in the manufacture of decorative laminates.It is used for high pressure laminates, low pressure melamine surface wood board/panels, etc. MF resin powder can be used in short cycle lamination on Particle Board/MDF.
These resins are highly durable and versatile thermosets having properties of fire resistance and heat resistance. The have the ability to create stiffness in textile applications, sstain and block resistance in wood coatings, stability in water-based systems.

Phenolic Resins
Our Phenolic Resins are specially developed for Plywood /Block Board/ Flush Door manufacturing. It is suitable for the manufacture of Plywood conforming to various specifications. They provide a Boiling Waterproof adhesive for the manufacture of exterior and marine grades Plywood as per IS 848, Type BWP & BWR.
Phenolic Resins have the property of being able to withstand high temperatures, heat, hardness, electrical and chemical resistance. There are two categories of phenolic resins – Resole and Novolac.
Resole resins are catalyzed in alkali and do not need a curing agent while Novolac resins are catalyzed in acid and require a curing agent.
Phenolic Resins are cost effective and help in reducing the overall cost of production.

Formaldehyde
Formaldehyde as a chemical is one of the most essential aldehydes that has several uses. It is used in making Particle boards, MDF, plywood , Laminate sheets, paints and cosmetics, antiseptic in medicines, manufacture of ink, to improve yields of petroleum and natural gas, etc. Therefore, it is safe to say that formaldehyde finds its way in all aspects of our life.
Commercially, it is also vertically integrates with phenol and amino to produce resins used for various applications. It is a cost-effective material that is used as a chemical intermediary. In agriculture, UFC-85 can be used in the soil to control potato disease. It also provides a source of nitrogen fertilizer for faster germination and growth.
We produce Formaldehyde in concentrations of 37% to 43%.
