Formaldehyde as a chemical is one of the most essential aldehydes that has several uses. Commercially, it is also vertically integrates with phenol and amino to produce resins used for various applications. It is a cost-effective material that is used as a chemical intermediary. Advantages of using Formaldehyde 43% in liquid resin compared to the usual 37%
A higher concentration of formalin means more solid content in resin. With 43% formalin, solid content in resin optically goes up by 6 (43%-37%). However, the material becomes substantially stronger by 16%.
