S.R Mundhra started his career as a chemical trader in 1969 and purchased ARCL in 1983. He holds 50 years of experience in chemicals, petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, solid wood furniture, forest-based products, feed industry and formaldehyde derivatives. He has travelled to around 70 countries in the world and has attended many seminars and exhibitions world over. He is also closely associated with Indian Chemical Council (ICC) and Indian Plywood Industries Research and Training Institute (IPIRTI) in various capacities. He is a B.Com Honors, M.Com, LLB and ICWA(Intermediate). He is involved in the company’s marketing, manufacturing, innovation, expansion, human capital management, development and decision making.

Rajesh Mundhra holds more than 25 years of experience in the Chemical Industry. He has moved through all the departments in the company and is mainly responsible for the production, product development, maintenance, factory administration and marketing functions of the company. He is very closely associated with the Indian Plywood Industry. He is a B.Com and MBA (University of Hartford).

Mukesh Mundhra has more than 19 years of experience in the petrochemical, oil and gas and shipping business. He is mainly responsible for business development, product development, growth, and expansion plans for the company. He has widely travelled and holds a number of management diplomas in various subjects. He has also attended many international seminars and exhibitions. He is a B.Com and postgraduate degree holder (University of California Berkeley).

Bajpai is a renowned chemical engineer from BHU with more than 40 years of experience. He is the Founder President of Saudi Formaldehyde (now CHEMANOL) and was in Saudi Arabia for 17 years. He has been involved in the setting up of various large chemical projects nationally and internationally. He is the Vice-Chairman of the board and an Advisor of the Company.

Ghosh holds a Masters in Inorganic Chemistry from Delhi University. He has attained training as an Occupational Hygienist at the University of Birmingham. He has 40 years of experience in the chemical industry and is an expert in safety, health and the environment. He has retired from ICI and is an advisor for SHE at ARCL.

B.V.Sc. & A.H., M.V.Sc. (Animal Nutrition), Ph.D. (Animal Nutrition). Fellow of National Academy of Veterinary Sciences & amp; National Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Served as Veterinary Surgeon (1982), Assistant Professor (1983), Associate Professor (1996), Principal Scientist (2000), Director of Central Avian Research Institute (2017-2019). He has experience in Teaching, Guidance, Research and Extension 36 years. Contributed significantly towards the development of feeding standards of livestock and poultry, area-specific mineral mixture, utilization of alternate feed resources, least-cost feed formulation, clinical nutrition, designer poultry products, in-ovo feeding and nutritional biotechnology, welfare, and clean and green poultry production. Have seven books, 383 research papers in reputed international (92) and national (291) journals, 93 book chapters and reviews, 27 manuals and technical bulletins, 35 lead papers and 78 extension/popular articles to his credit. Received several prestigious awards and recognition.

Navneet Bagri, ACA, ACS, CGMA, ACMA, is an accomplished finance and management professional with over 13 years of expertise in the field. Having served as an Assistant Manager in the renowned government organization, NMDC, for 3 years, his depth of experience spans across various critical areas.
Navneet specializes in financial planning, budgeting, management information systems, accounting, and finance. In addition to these core competencies, he brings robust leadership and interpersonal skills to the table, equipping him with an all-rounded business acumen.
While his primary forte lies in finance, Navneet also oversees the Raw Material Procurement for ARCL Organics Ltd. His invaluable contributions have been pivotal in enhancing the company’s financial credibility and strengthening its operational capabilities.

Das holds a BSc from Calcutta University and a Diploma in Instrumental Technique in Chemical Analysis from Jadavpur University. He has 32 years of experience in the chemical industry and has developed various types of formaldehyde-based resinous products for different applications. He is also responsible for market development, both nationally and overseas.

Bera completed his PhD in technical Science from Silesian Technical University, Poland. He has 37 years of experience in chemicals and has worked for companies like Sriram Institute and Manali Petrochemicals. He is an expert in Polymer Science and has successfully developed many new products and applications.

Subhankar Paul is a qualified Company Secretary and an LLB graduate from Calcutta University. He is having around 3 year’s post qualification experience in Corporate Law, Audit, Secretarial and Legal Functions. He is responsible for the statutory and legal compliances of the company.
