Innovated manufacturing of HMMM and other speciality resins for the Tyre and Rubber industry.

2021

Commissioned state-of-the-art Novolac Phenolic Resin Plant with powder from Air-classified mills (ACM) and pastills from steel belt postulator.

2020

Ventured into Agrochemicals for potato disease and slow-release nitrogen with guidance from an American speciality chemicals company.

2019

ARCL’s strong focus on Research and Development was recognized by the Department of Science and Industrial Research (DSIR), Govt. of India.

2017

Introduced Speciality resins and glue for Corrugated Paper Packaging and Starch industries.

2016

With the success of Aqua StrongBond, we started a full-fledged Feed Additives division with prominent R&D doctorates in the industry thus increasing the range for catering to aqua, cattle and poultry industries.

2015

Ventured into the manufacture of Speciality resins and glue for the Cooling Pad industry.

2012

Merger of Allied Resins and Chemicals Ltd. with our group company – Aarem Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. and the name changed to ARCL Organics Ltd

2006

Started manufacturing pellet feed binder under the guidance of a leading American buyer. Today, our company has a leading market share in this field.

2005

ARCL supplied its advanced Formaldehyde and Para Formaldehyde technology to China as a Joint Venture. Overwhelmed with the success of the technology, they expanded 4 times. With the Chinese Company going public, ARCL encashed their equity.

2003

Bought the resin business of Ciba-Atul (A collaboration between Atul Ltd. and Ciba Geigy from Switzerland) and relocated the Niro Spray drier from Gujarat to West Bengal.

1995

PF spray-dried powder technology from Bokem INC, Montreal, Canada through Mr K K Sudan including relocation of ANHYDRO make spray drier.

1994

Allied Resins went public with the premium issue and listing at Bombay Stock Exchange, National Stock Exchange and Calcutta Stock Exchange.

1993

Metal oxide-based formaldehyde plant, Paraformaldehyde plant and UFC-85 from Alder SPA Italy.

1983

The present group Chairman – Mr. S.R. Mundhra took over the Management and revived the sick company.

1960

We got a Formaldehyde Plant from Japan Gas (now Mitsubishi Gas). It was the first such plant in India.

1959

ARCL was born, beginning with a technical collaboration with Borden Chemicals (Now Hexion) UK/USA, for the production of spray-dried UF Resin powder and the entire range of thermosetting resins. The collaboration lasted for 20 years. UF resin powder was made for the first time in Asia.
